As you make your way through the different regions inTainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon, you’ll regularly run into characters who need help with all kinds of tasks, whether it’s tracking someone down, collecting an item, or looking into a situation they can’t handle themselves.
Some of these quests stand out more than others, especially when they take unexpected turns. If you’ve met Vrell, for instance, you’ll know she runs a bookstore. But in the middle of everything going wrong with the Red Death, the last thing you’d expect is someone going around stealing books. And yet, here we are.
How To Start The Temptation Quest
After youcomplete A Delicate Matter questand some time passes,go and visit Vrell at her bookstore and speak to her.You will learn that somevery important bookshave been stolen from her and she needs your help retrieving them.
The first clue you have is tospeak with Walter, who is a Kamelotian soldier and a big fan of the stolen books. He is located just outside the shop.
When you speak to him, he will swear he didn’t take the books, buthe will point you toward the direction of a priestwho, ironically, might be the one who did it despite always being against these types of books.
You can also ask Walter to point you toward the direction of Brother Ismat’s house, which is just northwest of the city.
How To Complete The Temptation Quest
When you go there, go inside the house and you will findthe priest murmuring some random words.
However,DO NOT SPEAK TO HIM YET.
Instead,there are six books in his housethat you will need to read before doing so. These books are:
After you verify to read all these books, now you may interact with Brother Ismat.
During your conversation with Ismat, you must firstpush him to admit he has the stolen books. Then,you need to pick the correct dialogue options when multiple choices appear, or the quest will fail.

If you chose all the correct responses and followed the steps precisely,you will successfully convince Brother Ismat to return the books. Now you can go back and report to Vrell.
You can tell Vrell about what really happened or just lie to her. This choice does not matter. What matters is that she got her books back, and now the quest is complete.
