The Abomination or Mo inCall of Duty: Black Ops 6is probably one of the hardest enemies you and your squad will have to fight against in Zombies. Unlike the other limited-time events in the shooter, Mo has a bunch of moving parts, all of which could make things even more of a challenge.
On top of that, the fight isn’t as straightforward as other enemy types in the mode. So, you may get a little lost on how to defeat this zombie. By reading this guide on the Abomination Challenge, you’ll learn how to defeat Mo, plus some important details that you may overlook.
How To Complete The Abomination Challenge
When you select the Abomination Challengefrom the Zombies menuin Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, you’ll be sent to a cell-shaded Liberty Falls. Much like the other zombie modes,it’ll also be wave-based.
As soon as you land on the map, deal with all the oncoming zombies. That way,you can bank up pointsto open up new sections of the map. Just below the spawn point, therewill be trapsthat you can use toslay large chunks of the zombie horde.
Be extremely careful when taking on these zombies. In this mode, your health does not regenerate. When you lose health, look to the ground for any food dropped by zombies you’ve killed. This is probably the best way to keep you alive longer, since they do drop food at a constant rate.
Assuming you have enough points saved, open up the barrier that’s behind the hotel, which is directlyin frontof the spawn point. From there, follow the narrow paththat’ll take you to a bowling alley.Once you have enough points, open the door to the bowling alley.
Take the Marine SP, which is on thewall near the entrance you came from.
The bowling alley is a great place to accumulate points quicklybecause it’s in a closed space. If you’re putting in massive damage andif you’re in Flow State, you’ll be able to get the points to open the doorleading out of the bowling alley.
You’ll know you’re in the Flow State when the outline of your screen starts to turn purple. When that happens, your damage doubles, allowing you to one-shot zombies.
Once you’re out, there should beanother building directly across from youwith a Tanto .22 that you should take.
Next, go towards the bus, and turn right. There will besteps leading up to a church. You shouldfind a gateon the other side that needs points to be opened. So,verify you have enough.
After you get past the gate, in front will be the entrance to a church that iscovered in purple energy.
Once again, you’ll need many points to open it up. When the door opens, Mo will be on the other side.
How To Beat Mo The Abomination
The first and probably most important thing to understand about this boss isthat it gets immune to the same weaponyou’re attacking with after some time. For example, if you use that shotgun you picked up at the bowling alley,it eventually won’t do any damage. Havetwo weaponsat the start of the fight when going up against Mo.
Start byleading him out of the church. The basic rule of thumb for this challenge is that when he becomes immune to your weapons, quickly find and buy two more.
For maximum damage, shoot at any of its three heads. They seem to be the creature’s weak points.
For the second tip, lure Mo out of the churchand into open areas with traps. He can do quite a lot of damage when his attacks land, and traps will help offset his weapon immunity ability.
Rewards For Completing The Abomination Challenge
Right after you beat the boss, you’ll be instructed to exfil; otherwise, you may die. However, you won’t lose the rewardsbecause they get awarded as soon as you beat Mo.
