Special Week is an easier character to learn, especially for beginners who are having a hard time understanding how stats work. You primarily only need to focus ontwo to three stats for her best build, and she will easily top all races in career mode.Maintain her speed through stamina, and then her wit stats will likelytrigger her unique skill, leaving her opponents in the dust.
Running her as a Pace racer is much easier, although she does a great job as a Late racer as well. For the latter, you will need towork on your power a lot more, and that can cause you to get confused among other stats.
She can also perform as a Front Racer despite having a bad aptitude. You will need to focus more onSpeed and Stamina stats to place well. You may want to run her inMedium Turf races the most.

Special Week has abetter growth rate in Stamina and Wit stats, and those are essential for a Pace racer. Yourhigh stamina will keep you near the Front racers, and will eventuallyovertake them when they exhaust their stamina. This is why you need to increase your Stamina as much as possible.
Increasing your Wits is also essential, as Special Week’s unique skillcan increase her velocity, which can take you far in the final spurt. Increasing your speed stat is also important so that you won’t fall behind. If more racers chose the Pace position, you will needpower to break through them.
You will want to keep thesame ratio of stats throughout the career modefor consistency. This will also help you adjust your stats accordingly if need be. You won’t have much time to train before the finals, so you may decide on the one stat you need to increase the most. All stats are important, but if you are confident, you canslightly compromise on Speed, Guts, and Power.
You should also focus on these statswhile getting additional stats from the legacy mechanic.
