Haru Urara is a weak Umamusume, so do not expect her to maintain continuous high speed on longer turfs. Sheexcels in covering shorter distances such as Mile and Sprint races. So, she can help you gain some sparks for your other racers toimprove their stats through legacies.
She has a very low stamina, so she worksbest as a Later Surger. You can get the power and guts required for that easily with Haru Urara’sten percent growth rate in power and 20 percent in guts. She performs poorly in the front positions, but you can alsouse her as an End Closer if your power and guts are high.
A lot of theraces in her career will not require her to win at all, and you will survive if you just come out in the top five positions. However, you do need to come out on top if you want to win the Ura-Finale using her.

Haru Urara has weaker stamina, so you will have a hard time increasing it. Getting the optimal number is more than enough, asshe will mostly have Sprint races in her career, and a few of them being miles.
