With only one Superman slot available per match and a spawn rate that’s not guaranteed, getting your hands on this Mythic is no small feat. Here’s everything you need to know about the Superman Call mythic.
What Is The Superman Call Mythic?
The Superman Call is a Mythic item thattemporarily turns you into Superman. You’ll gain the ability to fly, punch through buildings, and shoot heat vision lasers. It’s the most powerful ability in the game. However, itonly spawns once per match, and onlyone player can use it at a time.
Once you have the power, your location will be marked on the map for everyone to see.
How To Find The Superman Call Mythic
The Superman Call has a50 percent spawn rate,and it alwaysappears within the first few minutes of a matchif it’s going to show up at all. You’ll know it’s arrived whenyou see a red outlined ‘S’Superman symbol on the map.
To improve your chances of finding it, start each match by grabbing a vehicle and patrolling the map while watching for the symbol. If you don’t see it after the first circle closes or after a few minutes, it likely didn’t spawn that round.
How To Use Superman’s Mythic Powers
Once you reach the Superman Call beacon, activating it is simple. Justwalk into the symbol. Your character will instantly transform into Superman, complete with a new moveset:
You cansoar across the map, ascendanddescend freely,andboost through structures.
Heat Vision
Superman’s primary ranged attackfires a beam of energy from his eyes. This deals very high damage.
Punch
The secondary attach performs aflying punch that deals massive damage- up to 400 points if you land it properly.
Ground Slam
While on the ground,your secondary attack becomes a mini shockwavethat can launch vehicles and knock back enemies.
Superman’s powers are time-limited, and the duration ticks down faster as you take damage. You gain duration by securing kills. Once the timer ends, or you’re eliminated, you’ll lose the form and revert to your original character.
