The Sims 4:Enchanted By Naturefinally allows Sims to embrace the much-loved fairy life. This new occult form, fairy, sees Sims able to sprout wings and embrace some new opportunities. The status works in a similar way to Vampires and Spellcasters, with abilities used allowing Sims to generate points and customize their occult powers.
Fairies can be good and harmonious peacemakers, neutral nature lovers, or fans of mischief and mayhem. The range of skills will enable you to tweak your gameplay to any of those options, or a mixture of them all.
How To Become A Fairy
To become a fairy you’ll need to head over toEverdew in Innisgreen.This neighborhood is home to thefairy hubas well asmany fairieswho make their home here.
You canask the Fairy Council Liasonoutside the hub foradvice on how to become a fairy,but this step isn’t necessary. They will simply tell you tofind a fairy seedling.
You canfind a fairy seedlingby:
Summoning Mother Nature
Once you have thefairy seedlingyou’ll need toplant it.However, this is slightly different to usual. You’ll need to find an area ofgrass in Everdew.Then, rather than trying to move or click the seedling,click directly on the ground.
A menu will appear and you shouldchoose Plant Fairy Seedling.Within a second or so, aplant will sproutbefore it vanishes andMother Nature appears.
Getting Mother Nature’s Charm
Interact with Mother Natureand select the optionAsk For Mother Nature’s Charm.This will give you apositive buffwhich will expire after a few hours.
Becoming A Fairy
Once you have the charm buff, simply go toMoondrop Springs.You’ll need toclick the water,a little away from the shore, andchoose Become A Fairy.Your Sim will then move into the water andtransform.
If the charm runs out, you’ll need to repeat the process.
You’ll be given aset of default wings, but can go intocreate a sim to customizethem. Wings have awide range of sizes and styles, and while each one hasthree or four swatches,you can alsocompletely customize themwith thepaint and stamp tools.

Emotional force can be replenished in the following ways:
Want a specific emotion?Once a day you can change the mood of a shrub and of Moondrop Springs. Certain fairy abilities also allow you to manipulate Sim’s moods.
What Can Fairies Do?
Fairies have afew innate abilities,as well ascustom traits and skills, which you can access as you level up.
All fairies can fly around.By default, flying around means they’ll fly a few inches from the floor and justmove a little fasterthan usual. However, you can also chooseInstantly Fly Here, which works like theteleport ability.
Fairies can alsodetect emotions, allowing them to identify how other Sims are feeling. Depending on the result, a Sim can alsoabsorb emotions.This lets them replenish their needs.
Fairies can alsoturn themselves small. This allows them touse Fairy Homes, and toplay in some household itemslike sofas and toy boxes.
As a fairy uses their abilities, theygain ability points.These can be used tolevel up and select new abilities.There arefive levels of fairy,andthree main ability trees, as well as a general one.
Fairy Abilities
Fairy abilities aresplit into four trees. They are:
New abilities in each tree areunlocked as fairy Sims level up. Thefive fairy levelsyou can reach are:faint, glowing, glimmering, brilliant, and radiant.
Fairies can continue to generate ability points at max level, but it is much slower.
Only theabilities in the customization tree are either/or.The rest can betaken in any order or combination, as long as you arethe correct fairy level to unlock them.
Manipulation Abilities
Manipulation abilities can beused for good or evil,depending on which way your Sim is inclined.
