However, it seems to be too much to bear. Her generosity turns to aggression, and she’ll become your next great enemy in pursuit of cleansing the temple. We’ll help you locate Frithir and defeat the Singworm to purify the temple and claim a special series of prizes for your efforts.

How To Defeat Frithir

Justpast the rooftop where you find Percevalwaiting for you, there’s a twisted bridge leading into a cave. Enter here andprogress through the tunnelsto find a sealed off, open chamber where Frithir floats.

Pass the magical barrierto approach her. She asks you toclose your eyesfor a moment so she can think clearly, which won’t hurt. Oblige her to speak some more or challenge her right away.

While Frithirmaintains a fragment of her humanity, your sins cause her totransform into the monstrous Singwormboss. She’s immediately aggressive andsheds her skinto become the Wyrdbeast.

Singworm Boss Fight Strategy

The Singworm itself isn’t too powerful, as she isliterally just a large worm. However, burrowing in the arena can make it hard to keep track of Frithir’s position.

Thankfully, you don’t have to do this unprepared. When Frithir transforms,her equipment dropsto the floor. Pick it up to gain the advantage, as her rare gear isenchanted to increase your magic critical chance.

The Corrupted Oracle set is similar to the Tainted Priestess armor, and you’re able to alsopick up the key to the temple.

To defeat the Singworm,use spells like Burning Emberto set her on fire. When she lunges for you,evade to the side and slip behindher to deal damage.

When the Singworm burrows,listen for the sound of her digging. Follow it to know where she’ll emerge and stand clear. Rinse and repeat until the Singworm is defeated.

From there, you may look the Singworm tocollect the Essence of Sin and the Temple Jail Key, along with a few vials of monster blood.
