Palworld’s Tides of Terraria update added powerful variants of existing Pals, such as Azurobe Cryst. However, finding these Pals on your own can be difficult, as they are scattered over several new areas; some of them are also hidden behind mechanics such as fishing.

If you’re looking to catch the Azurobe Cryst, you’ll have to look at a few very specific places. This version of Azurobe comes with the Ice element affinity, instead of the original’s Water, giving you an advantage in battle against any other Pals with the Dragon or Dark elemental affinity.

Where To Find And Catch Azurobe Cryst

The only way to capture Azurobe Cryst is to do sothrough fishing. You’ll need a Deluxe or Alluring Bait with anAdvanced Fishing Rodto gain its attention. Some of the prominent places where you can find Azurobe Cryst include thewater bodies on Feybreak Island and the pond near the Free Pal Alliance Tower.

Azurobe Cryst spawns in these water bodiesduring both daytime and nighttime. If you’re lucky, you can also find the Alpha version of this Pal in certain advanced and master fishing spots, particularly around Feybreak Island. You can spot these fishable Alpha Pals easily because they’re glowing, but figuring out which Pal it is exactly can be a challenge, as most of these Pals share a similar silhouette.

Azurobe Cryst Partner Skill And Work Suitability

Azurobe Crysthas the Icewing Dance partner skill, which is similar to the regular Azurobe’s Waterwing Dance skill, except that the Icewing Danceinfuses your attacks with the Ice element while you’re riding it, making it a great Pal to bring in your party if you’re hunting for a Dragon element Pal.

Additionally, Azurobe Crysthas a level 3 cooling skill, which can be very useful if you’ve got a Refrigerated Crusher in your base to turn ores into different materials.
