You’re in for a challenging adventure when you venture into the Dark World ofDeltarune. As Kris, you’ll be joined by Susie and Ralsei once more in the third chapter of this retro RPG. The challenges you’ll face will include quizzes, battles with shoot ‘em up mechanics, and a variety of puzzles that will rack your brain.

Some puzzles are an inevitable part of your journey. Often, these are simple to solve and some NPCs may even give you a hint. Other puzzles are optional, but will reward you with an item or a secret. These tend to be more challenging but worth the effort.

How To Solve The First Bridge Puzzle

One puzzle you might come across will have youplaying a console game. In this puzzle, you will be presented withfour bridge pieces, a few isolated islands, anda buttonon the opposite islandfrom where you spawned. To solve the puzzle, you need touse the bridgesto get across the river andmake it to the islandwith the red button.

For this puzzle,you will only need Susieand her ability topick the bridges up. First,take the two-block bridgein theupper-left cornerand lay it down along thesecond row from the top, right next to the shore. Next,walk over that bridgeand head to the top island with theone-block bridge lying on it.

If youmess up at any point, you canuse the bellto reset all the piecesto their original positions.

Pick the one-block bridge upand lay it downdirectly to the rightof where you found it. This willbridge the gapgoing to the next island.Head back to the starting islandand pick up the otherone-block bridgelyingabove the bell.

Use the one-block bridgeon the water block foundin the top-right corner. This will allow you tomake it all the wayto theisland with the button.

Susie can alsopluck the weedsgrowing in the sand. ensure topick them for extra points.

Press the buttonto solve the puzzle. After that, thespikes that were blocking your pathto a chest in the real worldwill retract. Exit the game andopen the chestto receive your reward forsolving the puzzle.
