Haru Urara has left theUmamusume: Pretty Derbywhere she’s currently one of the game’s most popular racers, and joinedZenless Zone Zerowith a bit of fan help.

Crossovers aren’t uncommon in today’s video game landscape, especially where live service games are concerned, so why not combine the two of them? That’s probably what mod creator ArcDestiny was thinking when they first imagined Umamusume: Pretty Derby’s Haru Urara in Zenless Zone Zero (found bySiliconera).

Creator ArcDestiny says, “I’ve been obsessed with Umamusume lately now that it finally got its global release,” which led to them crafting an unofficial mod that turns the existing Zenless Zone Zero character, Ju Fufu, into the fan-favourite Umamusume: Pretty Derby character, Haru Urara.

After posting the creationon Reddit, ArcDestiny shared why they justhadto create the mod, saying, “I thought how fun it would be to see Haru Urara in Zenless Zone Zero, and there was perfect character I can mod her into so I went for it! Very happy with the outcome,” regarding the official-seeming work the creator did to replace Ju Fufu with Haru Urara.

Other Umamusume and Zenless Zone Zero fans seemed to agree with the ‘fix,’ with one commenter onGamebananasaying “I think we just found the best mod in this entire website” with other fans seeming to universally agree with the sentiment.

ArcDestiny didn’t just add Haru Urara to the Zenless Zone Zero roster; they had to coat an existing character (in this case, Ju Fufu) in her appearance from Pretty Derby. Fans on Reddit have considered it a perfect match as far as modding goes, with one fan noting how peaceful Haru’s face appears while she’s swinging around Ju Fufu’s massive morning star, almost as if wishing death upon her enemies.

Some fans feel left out, lamenting their decision to not ‘pull for’ Ju Fufu. The mod bestowed on fans by ArcDestiny does have one requirement: players need to have unlocked the Ju Fufu character to deploy the re-skin. On top of that, fans should note they need to disable W-Engine effects, as ArcDestiny mentions they couldn’t fix those effects.

With all of that being said, fans can find the mod and how to install it on ArcDestiny’s official Gamebanana page, but should err on the side of caution, considering it is an unofficial HoYoverse game mod and could potentially get accounts banned if detected as per theterms of service.
