The poisonous areas inGrounded 2, while dangerous, are filled with valuable resources. Navigating those spots can be a task. When you locate and harvest a Stink Bug, you can create tools that can make exploring hazardous environments easier. However, the issue is that the Stink Bugs aren’t as common as most other insects you’ll encounter in Grounded 2.
They can only be found in specific spots, like near rotten food. This method of searching for them might feel a bit inconsistent, since there’s no guarantee a Stink Bug will appear in these sections. To help you find what you need, you’ll be able to find the best locations to hunt Stink Bugs and learn how to defeat them.

How To Defeat A Stink Bug
These bugs aremuch bigger and do much more damageif you’re not well-equipped. To add even more of a challenge, Stink Bugs release anAoE attack in the form of poisonous gasthat will eat away chunks of your health.
The best and most efficient way to fight this insect is by using aranged weapon, like the starting bow. Not only will you avoid the gas, you’ll also be out of range of its melee attacks. However, ensure you’ve gathered ahigh number ofThistle Needlesfor the arrows.
Every time you fire an arrow, hold down the shot. This will make the arrowhit harder and do more damage. But remember tokeep a distancebetween you and the Stink Bug.
Try picking up arrows every time you’ve used them. You won’t have the issue of running out of ammo this way.
Additionally, make sure you take lots of health pick-upslike Granola Bars. The bandages are good to use, but the bars can restoreall your health and refill your hunger meter.Alternating between the twomay help you withstand more.
Stink Bug Drops
From downing a Stink Bug, you’ll either getone Stink Bug Part or a Stink Bug Gas Sack. In some cases, you may berewarded with both.
Defeating a Stink Bug is worth it, especially if you earn a Stink Bug Part. Doing so will enable you tostart crafting agas mask. When you go up against a Stink Bug again with the gas mask, its poison AoE attack might not matter as much anymore.
