For most players, video games are meant to be an entertaining way to spend time. However, those who hunt achievements and platinum trophies are flexible when it comes to how fun a game needs to be. They will play games they know they won’t enjoy to boost their achievement or trophy haul.

Of course, that doesn’t mean they will play any game. After all, they don’t want to spend hundreds of hours on dull games to get a few measly achievements or trophies. Yet, they will happily grind through a short, underwhelming title if it offers some easy achievements or a simple platinum trophy. Here are some examples of games that achievement or trophy hunters hate to play but love to complete.

8My Horse And Me 2

Importing Games Just For Achievements

My Horse and Me 2 was released on several different systems, but the Xbox 360 was the only one of them that contained achievements. And the 360 version was only released in Europe. Yet, there are some people in North America who managed to get a copy of this game and play it.

They didn’t do so because of the quality of the game. After all, it’s a fairly uninspired horse training simulator. Most people play it because it contains only 19 achievements, which are very easy to get. You have to do a few different things to get them all, but since the game itself is so easy, that is not a taxing endeavor.

7Ben-Hur

Born To Advertise, Used For Gamerscore

It really wouldn’t be worth playing if it weren’t for the fact that it contains only ten achievements worth 1000 gamerscore. Among those ten, five revolve around destroying chariots, so it isn’t like you have to do many different things to unlock them all. This is why plenty of achievement hunters played it when it was still available on the Microsoft Store.

6Bluey: The Videogame

Not Made For Adults

Kids seem to love Bluey, so they will likely play Bluey: The Videogame for that reason. However, children aren’t usually the ones chasing achievements or trophies. The achievement and trophy hunters play this game because it’s very easy to complete.

It isn’t the shortest title to 100 percent, as it will take a couple of hours. That said, everything you have to do is pretty simple. After all, it’s made for children, so adults can easily complete every episode, find every collectible, master all the minigames, and do the little challenges that they need to do to get all the achievements or trophies.

5CSI: Hard Evidence

200 Gamerscore Per Achievement

Telltale has made several excellent gamesover the years that are definitely worth playing. CSI: Hard Evidence isn’t one of them. This is a repetitive and uninteresting game based on the CSI television series.

In this game, you participate in small minigames to solve the case you’re working on. There are five cases in total, and there are also only five achievements because each one is for finishing a case. So, they’re all 200 gamerscore each. you’re able to understand why achievement hunters often recommend this game and nobody else does.

4Lab Crisis

15 Minutes For 5000 Gamerscore

Lab Crisis isn’t the most exciting puzzle game of all time. Each level is about staying away from enemies while grabbing scientists and leading them to the exit. It’s pretty easy and not very fun.

However, it contains 30 achievements and trophies that can be acquired in just 15 minutes. This is because almost all of them are about finishing levels, and each level is really short. So, it doesn’t take much time, and on Xbox, it offers 5000 gamerscore. Therefore, it’s particularly a favorite for achievement hunters, but it’s a quick platinum for trophy hunters, too.

3Space Science Investigations: Humans In Space

Much Easier Than Being An Actual Astronaut

Perhaps it’s harsh to say that people’s interest in Space Science Investigations is solely down to achievements. After all, it is a game made by NASA that allows you to explore the International Space Station, which could be interesting to some people.

However, it seems like the only people who really know about the game are achievement hunters, as you can 100 percent the game in about 30 minutes. This is because there are only 21 achievements, and to get them, you just need to float around and do simple things. As it’s supposed to be an educational game, there isn’t really any challenge to it.

2My Friend Peppa Pig

It’s Worth Being Peppa Pig’s Friend For Easy Achivements And Trophies

The general critical response to My Friend Peppa Pig isn’t bad, but the game is certainly designed for younger audiences to enjoy. That said, by only including 11 achievements or trophies, the game has also got the attention of another audience. These people are able to work their way through the entire game in under an hour.

Most of the achievements and trophies are small tasks that you can complete fairly easily. After all, you only really need to move around and press the button on the screen to do things. It isn’t the most exhilarating game for every adult, but it is perfect for achievement and trophy hunters.

1Avatar: The Last Airbender - The Burning Earth

100 Percent In Five Minutes

Avatar is a popular anime series that hasspawned a bunch of games. Yet, the show’s popularity isn’t the reason why achievement hunters have heard of Avatar’s The Burning Earth game. They’ve heard of it because it’s one of the easiest 1000 gamerscores they will ever earn. It can be completed in five minutes.

There are only five achievements, and all of them are based on your hit counter. There are achievements for a hit counter of ten, 20, 30, 40, and 50. You just have to keep spamming your ranged attack at the enemies at the start of the game to get 50 hits in a row, which will earn you all of the achievements.
