Epic Gameshas shared its usualFortniteskin survey with select players, but eagle-eyed insiders have noticed that there are some big teases for future seasons hidden within the skins.
If you’ve been following Fortnite for even a very short amount of time, you probably know that it’s one of the leakiest ships in all of gaming. That’s to be expected for an online game of its size, but players come toknow pretty much every planned collaboration and season themethat’s in the works long before Epic reveals it.
Nearly all of the Fortnite leaks tend to come from insiders and dataminers poringthrough each of the game’s updates to see what’s been added. On a rare occasion, though, the leaks actually come from Epic itself, which is what seems to have happened with the latest skin survey.
Fortnite Chapter 7 Will Seemingly Have Norse And Gala Themed Seasons
A Norse Season Seems Like The Perfect Excuse To Bring Kratos Back
Every so often,Epic likes to send a select number of Fortnite players a skin surveythat shows off potential upcoming designs. These, of course, pop up everywhere as soon as they’re sent out, and that’s no different with the latest survey. Whatisdifferent, though, is how many teases can be found in the latest one.
As pointed out by reliable Fortnite insider HYPEX, the latest skin survey seems to contain hints about the theme of two upcoming seasons in the game. Some of the skins seem tohint at Chapter 7, Season 1 having a Gala theme of sorts, which can be seen with some rather fancy-looking characters in masks.
As awesome as the Gala theme could be, though, the big leak is that Fortnite is going to have a Norse season in the near future.HYPEX suggests that Chapter 7, Season 2 will be Norse themed, as evidenced by a ton of characters having runic symbols and blatant Norse-themed clothing in the survey.
HYPEX even points out how obvious it is that the Norse season is theperfect chance to finally bring back God of War’s Kratos.
We don’t know when these seasons are actually going to end up debuting, but Chapter 7 does seem like the right time considering how far off the skins shown in surveys end up being. Still, it’s nice to have some evidence towards all of the rumoured upcoming seasons.
