Beyblade recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, and Hasbro is marking the occasion with a special new collection featuring four fan-favorite attack-type tops. The Beyblade X 25th Annivesary Set will be available at the Hasbro Booth #3213 at San Diego Comic-Con this July. Limited quantities will also be available after the convention at most major retailers.

The limited edition 25th Anniversary Set honors the entire history of Beyblade with an attack-type blade from each generation of the series. These blades were chosen by Beybade fans and redesigned to be compatible with the Beyblade X system. Opening the front flap of the box reveals the four blades in a large display window, opposite an image of the four protagonists from the Beyblade anime, known for using these blades. The anniversary set is a fantastic collector’s item and a great way for new fans to experience the incredible legacy of Beyblade X.

Legendary Beyblades Reunite

Each Beyblade generation is represented by a different blade in this collection. For the first generation, simply known as Beyblade, Dragoon Storm was the obvious choice. This blade was introduced in the second episode of the original series, belonging to iconic protagonist Tyson Granger, or Takao Kinomiya, as he’s known in Japan. Dragoon Storm is notable for being a left-spinning blade, which is fairly uncommon in Beyblade, and in particular in Beyblade X.

Beyblade Metal Fight, the second generation of the series, is represented by Storm Pegasis. The original Storm Pagesus 105RF was regularly featured during the anime’s Metal Saga as one of protagonist Gigka Hagane’s signature blades. Storm Pegasus has a long legacy in Beyblade that has continued into the X generation with the highly coveted Takara Tomy blade, Aero Pegasus.

For Beyblade Burst, the third generation introduced in 2015, Victory Valkyrie was chosen for the collection. Like the others, Victory Valkyrie and its owner, series protagonist Valt Aoi, were introduced at the beginning of their generation, serving as the audience’s first introduction to the Beyblade Burst system.

Finally, the newest generation is represented by none other than Jaxon Cross’ Dran Sword. Dran Sword was one of the first blades released in Beyblade X and was a meta staple for the first year of the game. Though Jaxon moved onto its successor, Dran Dagger, fairly quickly in the anime, Dran Sword has undoubtedly become the mascot blade of Beyblade X.
