Summary

Doom: The Dark Agesis the next game in line to have one of these deals, but you’ll struggle to find one as ludicrously specific as this. Earlier today, Xbox announced thatDoom: The Dark Ages is teaming up with a pizza chain called Prince St. Pizza, and anyone who buys a Hellfire Pepperoni pizza will also get the Ranger Doom Slayer skin and a free one-month trial of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate if you’re a new user.

Doom: The Dark Ages Locks Ranger Doom Slayer Skin Behind Pizza

Honestly, it’s a pretty good deal, especially since Xbox Game Pass Ultimate alone would set you back about $20. Unfortunately, the vast majority of you reading this won’t even be able to take advantage of the deal, given that Prince St. Pizza is an American pizza chain, and they only have 15 locations across the entirety of the US.

To make matters worse, 10 of those locations are in California, while Florida, Ontario, Illinois, New York, and Nevada all just have one each. If you live anywhere other than California, or right next to a Prince St. Pizza in one of those five other states, the chances of you actually being able to take advantage of this deal are next to zero.

Thankfully, the Ranger Doom Slayer skin is a timed exclusive, and will eventually be made available worldwide, though Xbox doesn’t mention when that will happen. In any case, this has to go down as one of the most bizarrely specific video game brand collabs that has ever been given the green light. At least it’s a pretty good deal, right?
