With so many characters to play as in The Hinokami Chronicles 2, you may be sure that the game is going to make you work for a good portion of them. In fact,you’ll only start off with 26,leaving a good 20 to unlock by playing the game.
How Unlocking Characters Works
There are two main ways to unlock characters in The Hinokami Chronicles 2.The first and most time-consuming way is by playing through the game’s story mode, which rewards you with new characters after beating certain fights. Generally, the unlocks tie to which battle you’ve finished, such as letting you play as the demon you just defeated.
If you just want to play as a certain character as quickly as possible,you may also purchase them from the in-game shop with points you earn from playing the game. These points are fairly easy to get, but purchasing everyone is going to be quite costly, and you’re better off saving your money for other items like skins or stickers.
With that in mind, here’s how to unlock every character, whether you want to purchase them from the shop or get them in the story mode.
