All of those releases are plenty exciting, but real ones know that the truepeak is incoming with the long-awaited Death Stranding 2.
We’re just a few short days away fromDeath Stranding 2 finally being available when it launches on June 27(or June 24 if you get the deluxe version), but it seems that some won’t be waiting that long. That’s right, as always, copies of the game are already making their way into the wild.

Over the past few years,big triple-A releases have had a nasty habit of popping up long beforethey’re supposed to release. We’ve seen it tons lately, so it should come as no surprise that Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is the latest game that you’re going to be scared of spoilers for.
As pointed out by Redditor CreativeRaspberry314 on the Death Stranding subreddit, at least one player has been lucky enough to get the game nearly a whole week early.Redditor trapdave1017 shared a photo of the game’s box on the PS5 Pro subredditand noted that it was going to be a “good weekend” with such an early release.
Alongside sharing some early screenshots of Death Stranding 2, trapdave1017revealed that they got the game early from a local store, so it doesn’t seem likely to be a common event. Luckily, trapdave1017 has only been sharing some early impressions of the game’s graphics so far, so there’s nothing to be worried about… yet.
The early copy is even more surprising when you consider it’s the regular version of the game that’s slated for June 27. The early release version is digital only, after all.
If one person has managed to get Death Stranding 2 so early, it stands to reason that more copies are going to be out there too. Not everyone is going to be so kind about spoilers, so keep things locked down for now if you’re especially worried about seeing what happens in the sequel.
