When Does the Blood Moon Happen?
The Blood Moon occurs everythree hours and lasts for ten minutes. Unlike the regular night cycle, this eventtransforms the sky into a deep red, signaling the start of ahigh-reward period for farming, harvesting, and shopping.
Bloodlit Mutations, Explained
During the event, your plants have aboosted chance to gain the Bloodlit mutation, a red-glowing variant similar to Moonlit crops.Bloodlit crops sell for four times their regular valueandcan also be turned in for Lunar Points at the Owl NPCin the middle.
Celestial Mutations And Meteor Showers
Meteor showers may occur independently of the Blood Moon but often complement it.Use the Star Callerfrom the Blood Shop tosummon meteors and increase the chance of getting a Celestial Mutation.
