The best news of all, confirmed by the full Battlefield 6 reveal, is that it will not beEA’s first $80 game. With the industry moving that way, it very well could have been.EA has confirmed more than once now that it doesn’t plan to make that leap yet, though, and considering where the Battlefield brand is right now, it would have been pretty silly to make Battlefield 6’s standard edition cost $80.
No, EA is sticking to $70 games for now, and that’s how much the standard edition of Battlefield 6 costs, regardless of which platform you plan to play it on. If you place your pre-order now, or any time before its launch on October 10,you will get the Tombstone Pack as a pre-order bonus. The pack includes a soldier skin and an XP boost.
That same pre-order bonus is included with the more expensive Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6, along with a whole lot more. Four more soldier skins, a knife skin, a vehicle skin, the battle pass with 25 tier skips, and everything else detailed in the table above is included with the Phantom Edition but doesn’t come with the standard edition. Whichever edition you want, and whatever platform you plan to play on, you can pre-order Battlefield 6 now through the links below.

The betas are open to anyone on any of the three platforms on which Battlefield 6 will release, allowing anyone to take part. The first open beta will run from 4 am EST on August 9 until 4 am EST on August 11, and the second weekend will begin and end at the same times, starting on August 14 and ending on August 17. You will need an EA account to take part, and that EA account will need to be linked to your platform of choice.
