Baldur’s Gate 3, muchlike Cyberpunk 2077 was supposed to be, is done with regular content updates from developers Larian Studios. April’s ‘Patch 8’added new subclasses and updated the game’s photo mode, with Larian expressing, “We’ve told the stories the way we needed to tell them. Patch 8 will be the last game patch to introduce new content.”

But while Larian-developed content for Baldur’s Gate 3 will be no more, users are gettinga flurry of player-generated content to dive into. Just last week, players could download a “hair salon”, new classes, and a concept art version of fan-favorite character Withers, and now, Larian has just added 20 more mods that console players can download.

Astarion and the player have a deep conversation in camp in Baldur’s Gate 3.

While Baldur’s Gate 3 console players may not have access to the array of mods that PC players have, more than 13,000 so far, Larian is doing everything it can to bring a selection of the best content from the latter to the former. Last week, the studio added 22 new mods to the console version of the game, and this week, players have just gained access to another 20.

They are as follows:

Although many of these mods offer little more than nice customization options, there are a handful that stand to really enhance the Baldur’s Gate 3 experience. New subclasses add entirely different ways to play, and the camp activities will serve to make the characters feel even more alive. It’s hard to argue with any new additions to one of the greatest games of all time.
