How To Get Yareli

To obtain Yareli, youmust complete the quest “The Waverider”, which will reward you with her blueprint, and extra onescan be bought from Cephalon Simaris in any Relay.Then, for the component blueprints, you mustbuy them from the Ventkids in Fortuna.

How To Get Yareli Prime

Yareli Prime can be obtained by opening certain types of Relics in Void Missions or Void Storms:

Passive

Everflowing with the seas, whenever Yareli moves for at least 1.5 seconds, she gains the Critical Flow buff that increases Critical Chance on her secondary Weapon by 200%.

While Yareli keeps moving, the Critical Flow buff will stay active, only stopping once she stops moving for one second.This buff stacks with other pistol critical chance mods,and something to keep in mind is that the Merulina drifting momentum will keep this buff going on, but stationary movement like riding an elevator won’t.

Sea Snares

Form three water globules that seek out enemies and expand on contact, simultaneously damaging and immobilizing their victims.

Merulina

Summon Merulina, a rideable creature of the waves, and the inspiration for K-Driving. Merulina protects Yareli by absorbing a large portion of incoming damage.

The Merulina is a K-Drive exclusive to Yareli that will provide a whopping 90% Damage Reduction from any incoming damage while she rides it,while also making her invulnerable while she hops on and off.Another mechanic to keep in mind is that all the incoming damage inflicted on Yareli during the first four seconds riding Merulina will be added to Merulina’s total HP.

The Aquablades are a group of blades that will circle around Yareli,inflicting Slash procs to anything that comes within range.

Riptide

Drag enemies into a crushing maelstrom and then blow them away in a watery burst. Each enemy trapped in the vortex increases the burst’s Damage.

By far the best tool for Crowd Control in Yareli’s kit, Riptide is a massive, contained maelstrom that willpull enemies in and then explode into a massive water burst,obliterating everything within range.

Yareli Augments

Yareli has access to three Augment mods that can be acquired byattaining the Genius Rank under the Cephalon Suda syndicate, the Flawless Rank in the New Loka syndicate, and spending 25,000 Standing to purchase. Otherwise, you can trade them with other players.

Merulina Guardian

Merulina Augment: Enemies eliminated during Sea Snares heal 20% of Merulina’s health. Upon healing, gain +200% Reload Speed and Fire Rate on Secondary weapons for 20 seconds.

Loyal Merulina

Merulina Augment: Yareli no longer rides Merulina. Instead, Merulina follows her and casts Sea Snare on nearby enemies. 2 Seconds of cooldown.

Surging Blades

Aquablades Augment: Activate Aquablades while in use or during cooldown to hurl a single blade. Thrown blades gain 10% damage when any Aquablade hits an enemy. No cost to throw while riding Merulina.

On Dodge: Become invulnerable for 3s and remove all Status Effects. 7 Seconds of cooldown.

Mod #3 - Adaptation

When Damaged: +10% Resistance to that Damage Type for 20 Seconds. Stacks up to 90%.

Mod #8 - Equilibrium

Health pickups give +110% Energy, and Energy pickups give +110% Health.

This build is based upon the idea of expanding Yareli’s weaponry bymaking Merulina a companion and not a vehicle.By using the Loyal Merulina augment mod,this K-Drive will now circle you instead of forcing you to skate on it.

This is a great benefit, as smaller map tilesets don’t allow for a lot of maneuverability, which hurts Yareli quite a lot. Instead, Merulina will provide damage reduction from afar, andyou will be able to use both Primary, Secondary, and Melee weapons with Yareli, not restricted anymore to using only a Secondary firearm.

To achieve the best survivability, and since Yareli is not a tanky warframe,we must invest in more Health, Damage Reduction, and invulnerability; for this very reason, you need Umbral Vitality, Adaptation, and Rolling Guard. Brief Respite as the aura mod accompanies this angle, asshield gating becomes important if we want to stay alive.

On the rest of the mods,relying on Strength and Duration will help Merulina achieve the highest possible base HP pool, and our Sea Snares will keep enemies immobilized more consistently. The rest of the build is justinvesting in Energy and efficiency, so Equilibrium, Primed Flow, and Nourish, as the subsumed ability, will help with that.

It is worth noting that the build pretty much demands an Umbra Forma. If you don’t have one of those, you can choose togo for Vitality instead of Umbral Vitality, or choose a non-Prime mod.
