Weapon aspects make their return inHades 2, but none of the weapons themselves are familiar. With a full new list of original weapons as well as four aspects each, you’ll want to collect each and every one to find the magic recipe that will bring about the end of Chronos and the threat upon Olympus.
The newest of these aspects are hidden gems that change how the weapons themselves operate. To use them, they will require you to know the secret “Waking Phrase.” Having gathered the mantras of awakening ourselves, we’ve compiled a helpful list to make sure you fill out your armory faster than Time himself can react.
How To Unlock All Hidden Weapon Aspects
Weapon Aspects are the various forms available for a weapon. Of these aspects, the fourth and final form islocked behind a short list of prerequisites.
The secret, special aspect of any weaponalways requires these stepsto unlock:
Selene
Thanatos’s Axe can also be considered a potential Hidden Aspect, as it is the only mid-tier aspect that is not unlocked through incantation. Rather, unlocking it requires at least one Nectar to be given to Chaos, upon which he gives the Waking Phrase to Melinoe.
What Do The Hidden Weapon Aspects Do And How Do I Upgrade Them?
These aspects are unique from all others as theydramatically change the moveset and operation styleof each weapon type. For example, the Hidden Aspect of the Skull removes the Skull fire limitation entirely.
Each new hidden aspect will require learning and mastery of the previous aspects. Thankfully, you have time because all hidden aspectsrequire Nightmares to upgrade(usuallytwo Nightmares per level).

Your attack creates an area wave where spirits of fallen enemies gather. you may dash through these spirits to attack foes. Your Special draws enemies in toward you.
Increase Omega casting speed and damage.

Morrigan
Your attacks change to the Crow Cutter, letting you attack normally up to three times and use your Special for multi-hit attacks. When landing an Attack, Special, and Omega on an enemy, you trigger Blood Triad for an explosion of extra damage.

Supay
Moveset turns into an auto-fire mechanic with Omegas, making the rate of fire faster. Deal more damage with your Omegas.

Nergal
Your Attacks become a single massive overhead swing, letting your normal and Special Attacks deal massive area damage. After several strikes, your attacks become faster and regenerate Health for a period of time (Berserk effect).

Hel
Make free, rapid-fire attacks without using Skulls. Your Specials follow enemies, and your Omega Special causes your attacks to fire faster (Valkyrie effect).
The speed of your Attack increases after using your Omega Special (Valkyrie).

Shiva
You can stand under your Omega Special to absorb it and deal 25 percent more damage per rank.
Increase the number of ranks (or times) you can absorb your Omega Special and gain a damage boost.
