I’d heard aboutV Risingfrom many of my co-workers, but never got around to trying it out during its early access period. Right before its full launch in May 2024, I bought it at a discount, but it was only recently, just over a year later, that I actually sat down to play it. Turns out, everyone was right: it’s fun. Who could’ve guessed? Obviously not me. However, the biggest thing that impresses me about it as a fan of survival games, is how this survival game doesn’t actuallyfeellike a survival game - and we need more survival games like that....

The sons of Ferrus Manus are a personal favourite of mine thanks to their bionic enhancements andclose ties to the Adeptus Mechanicus, but their augmented bodies are nowhere to be seen on the battlefields of Space Marine 2 right now....

Is Bowser a bad dad or is he simply a misunderstood family man? There are those who have encountered Bowser in the past that may see him as rude, selfish, and powerful monster that will stop at nothing to marry the princess. While this may be true for the most part, there is an argument to be made that he isn’t all that bad. When you start to piece together his motivations, allegiances, and actions in the past, it might just be that Bowser isn’t as mean as he appears....

I played and finishedDeath Strandingback in 2019. In 2025, it finally makes a bit of sense. This isn’t to say I’ve had a revelation orfinally understand the ‘vision’ of Hideo Kojima, but rather, the recap provided withDeath Stranding 2does an incredible job of explaining everything. In fact, it does a much better job of telling the first game’s story than the entire game. I’m not coming here to say ‘Death Stranding = Bad’, don’t worry;I have a mixed relationship with the game, but I do enjoy what it had to offer....
